A 20 Grams gift card adds credit to the recipient's wallet through their phone number. Gift cards and wallet top-ups are available only where enabled for your country.

Sign in and open your account's gift-card section, where available. Choose an amount, check the recipient's country code and phone number, then complete payment. The payment screen confirms the final amount.
How does the recipient receive the gift?
The recipient signs in with the phone number used for the gift. Eligible paid gifts are credited to that number's wallet; the sender can check the gift's status in their account.
How do I spend wallet credit?
When wallet payment is available at checkout, choose it to apply eligible credit. The basket shows the remaining amount to pay. Check the selected country and currency before paying.
Are wallet credit and grams the same?
No. Wallet credit is a money balance for eligible payments. Grams are loyalty points used for the rewards shown in your account.
What if I entered the wrong phone number?
Contact support with the gift purchase details before making another payment. Never send full payment-card details or a verification code.
