Who you're dealing with

The 20 Grams app and website are owned and operated by TWENTY GRAMS RESTAURANT CO WLL, a company organized under the laws of the State of Kuwait (Commercial Registration No. 370802), together with its franchise partners in the countries where we operate ("20 Grams", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you enter a binding agreement with us on these terms.

Your account

You must be 13 or older and provide a phone number you control — it is how we identify your account and protect your grams. Keep your details accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account; if you believe it has been compromised, contact us immediately. We will never ask you to confirm your password or verification codes.

Orders & prices

Prices are shown in your country's currency and may differ between branches and channels. An order is confirmed when the branch accepts it. If we cannot prepare an item, we will cancel it and reverse any grams used. Orders are paid online at checkout where available, or at the counter on collection.

The grams program

Grams are earned on the amount actually paid, after discounts, at the rate shown in the app for your country.
Grams have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can only be redeemed for the rewards shown in the app.
Grams expire after 12 months of account inactivity; we will warn you in the app before that happens.
Cancelled or refunded orders reverse the grams they earned or used.
We may adjust program rules (earn rates, rewards, tiers) prospectively — never your already-earned balance — and may correct balances created by error, fraud, or abuse.

Promo codes & offers

Promo codes have the conditions shown when applied (minimum order, expiry, usage limits), are limited to one per order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time for future orders.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel an order from the app while it is still being processed. Once the branch has started preparing it, cancellation is at the branch's discretion. We will refund you in full if we cancel your order, if the order you receive is different or incorrect from what you placed, or if a confirmed order is more than 60 minutes late. Refunds beyond that are granted at our reasonable discretion. Orders are subject to availability, and we may decline or cancel an order before acceptance with prompt notice and a full refund of anything paid.

Fair use & termination

We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently — including fake accounts created to farm signup rewards, abuse of promo codes, or chargeback abuse — and may reverse credits or grams created by fraud or error. Penalties are proportionate to the misuse, from temporary suspension to permanent closure.

Liability

We prepare food and drink in kitchens that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens — ask the barista if you have an allergy; we cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Our content

The 20 Grams name, logo, designs, photographs, and all app content belong to TWENTY GRAMS RESTAURANT CO WLL or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting the new version here and in the app; material changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force; not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait for Kuwait orders and by the laws of the country of the branch for orders placed elsewhere.
