View my rewardsHow do I earn grams?
Sign in with your phone number before ordering. Eligible purchases earn grams under the rules for your country; discounts, cancellations and returns can change the amount earned.
What can I use grams for?
The available rewards appear in your account and basket. Each reward has its own grams cost and eligible items, and checkout confirms whether it applies to your order. Grams are rewards points, not cash.
How do membership tiers work?
Your account shows your current tier, its earn rate and progress toward the next tier. Check these figures in your account because the rules can vary by country.
Can I earn or use rewards at the counter?
Ask the cashier to attach your member phone number before paying. Counter rewards depend on the branch's available services; confirm with the cashier before using a reward or wallet payment.
What if my grams look wrong?
